The Low Down Show Down...

Good, ex-Military, Gore-Tex overtrousers are not expensive and encourage you to take full advantage of their qualities.  It is not an idle boast that a pair of these, used properly, let you catch more fish.

You can sit anywhere, keep your trousers clean and your backside protected from thistles, nettles, ordure and... water!

    I have a pair and wear them every time I go to the Wye and Lathkill, crawling and kneeling. Haven't got used to casting sitting down. How do you do it?

      Just do it Pat! You might struggle at first but in the end it will be your preferred posture for casting.

      They are army surplus over trousers Howard, made by Gore-Tex.
